Matthew Fitt Matthew Fitt, born in Dundee in 1968, is currently National Scots Language Development Officer and has been a Brownsbank Fellow. He has lived in Pribram in central Bohemia. He writes in Scots and English, his most recent publications being the novel But N Ben A-Go-Go (Luath, 2000), and his second poetry collection, Kate o Shanter’s Tale and other poems (Luath, 2003), also available on CD. He is also a founding editor of Itchy Coo, a press for children’s books in Scots.
